Google Drive Sharing

Consider your audience when creating and sharing via Google Drive.

It is best practice to ‘test’ your work out on the devices that your students and/or parents have before releasing them publicly.

If your target audience includes students, make sure it functions well on their laptop/iPad, checking it from their perspective as you can.  Likewise, ‘test’ it out on your phone, too, as available.  A little checking first will really pay off with your audience.

Google Meet - Videoconference tool

There is a little difference in experience your users will have depending on how they are set up for your event.  It is NOT required to have the app on your iPad and it is NOT required to use Chrome.  Google meet runs great in Safari or Firefox, too.  

You may choose to install the app on your iPad or install the extension in Chrome, depending on what experience you want in your session.
