Flipgrid
Like the name indicates, this fits well in a 'flipped' learning environment, both for synchronous and asynchronous learning.  It is collaborative, flexible, and very engaging.  We will meet on Wednesday and Friday, August 5 and 7, from 1:00-2:00.  You will be paid for 3 hours of work.

 Screencasting for Remote Learning
This is a repeat of the work we did in June.  We will explore great ways that you can either broadcast or record instruction on your laptop or iPad.  Participants will be checked out a 'smart' stylus, a Logitech Crayon, to use with lesson work.  You will be paid for 5 hours of work.  We will meet on Wednesday and Friday, August 5 and 7, from 10-11:30.

Apple Teacher Certification
This is for new teachers only.  We will get the ball rolling on this certification, support, and innovation resource.   You will be paid for 4 hours of work.  We will meet on August 6, from 1:00-2:00.

Each workshop has an introduction session and a follow-up.  In between, you will have a chance to build on what you are learning with some work time on your own.

You will be compensated for your summer hours using Teacher Quality (TQ) funds, but since this is project-based, do not need to clock in your time.

All workshops session will be done over my Zoom Room.
(I won't be posting it on this public website.  Send me a note if you need the invite.)

As workshops, these are starting points for your work for the upcoming school year.  We have other workshops planned, and are looking for suggestions for more.
